DIDO Mechanical/Diesel Fitter

• Location: Mindarie Mineral Sands Project – South Australia
• Roster: 1/1 (1 weeks on - 1 week off)
• 12-hour shifts (7 Days on, 7 Days Off).
• Accommodation and meals provided
• Shuttle services from camp to site
• Flat Rate of $70.00 hr + Superannuation

Are you an experienced Mechanical or Diesel Fitter looking for a true 1-week on, 1-week off balance?
Join a well-established mining services contractor at the Mindarie Mineral Sands Project. Located in the Murray Mallee region, SA approximately 150 km east of Adelaide, this project is dedicated to the safe extraction of zircon, rutile, and ilmenite.

Our clients pride themselves on sustainable mining practices and progressive land rehabilitation. And they are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter/Diesel Mechanic to join their team for long-term opportunities.

What You Will Be Doing

• Service and repairs of heavy mining machinery
• Repairs and service of Dump trucks, Excavators, Graders, and light Utes
• Strictly adhering to site safety protocols and rehabilitation procedures.

What You Will Need

• Proven history experience in a mining environment.
• Must hold cert III Trade certificate
• Hydraulic experience
• Valid Driver’s License and a current, up-to-date resume.
• HR/MC or HC/MC licence (desirable)
• Ability to commit to 12-hour day shift and your have your own transport
